The 2004 Mayor-making ceremony took place at Ysgol Gyfun Emlyn Hall on June 23rd  when Cllr. Peter Lewis was installed as the new Town Mayor.

The 2005 Mayor-making ceremony took place at Ysgol Y Ddwylan Hall on May 18th  when Cllr. Odette Little was installed as the new Town Mayor.
